How do I book a session?You can book directly through our online calendar. Choose your preferred time, session length, and add-ons. Payment is required to confirm your slot.

What do I get with the hourly studio rental?With our hourly studio rental, you get private studio access, basic lighting, fast WiFi, and table/chairs for podcast or desk-style recording. Need more? You can add equipment like mics, softboxes, or livestream support during checkout.

Can I cancel or reschedule?Yes — you can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of your session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged as used time.

What are the benefits of monthly and annual passes?Our Monthly Pass gives you 8 hours of studio time per month, plus a bonus hour for a limited time. The Annual Pass offers 120 hours per year, usable anytime within 12 months. You can book in 1–4 hour blocks. Note that unused hours don't roll over, but pass holders enjoy priority access and discounted add-ons.

Is there parking available at the studio?Yes, there is parking available at Toh Guan Centre. Plus, we're just a 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT station.

Do you clean the studio between sessions?Yes, we sanitize all surfaces, gear, and shared equipment between sessions to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone.

Am I allowed to bring guests to the studio?Absolutely! You can bring up to 3 people, including yourself. Just make sure to keep the environment conducive to focused creation.
